Fed Up with Nuisance Calls?

OFCOM has issued new advice about dealing with those annoying, intrusive calls that we all get – offering everything from advice on claiming compensation for an accident or misselling (adding insult to injury – a new bunch of rip-off merchants offering to help when you’ve been ripped off!); to insulation and solar panels.

I would urge that you make a complaint whenever you receive these calls; and NEVER buy from anyone who shows a disregard for your privacy. A number of companies have been fined substantial amounts. Your boycott of their services helps make it unprofitable for them to make the calls – and that’s the bottom line.
